
Bradley W Small is the CEO/founder of Solomon Private Wealth, LLC. He focuses on strategic advisory and wealth management services, offering a planning-based approach to serve families, individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, small and midsize companies, non-profits, and institutional endowments oversee their investments and wealth planning needs.
Brad has over 25 years of extensive training, education, and real-life experiences to provide his clients, and takes a proprietary and distinctive approach toward building and managing investment portfolios. He uses a comprehensive approach of both fundamental and technical analysis to help optimize the tactical allocations of the portfolio, for both growth and risk management.
In addition to managing customized discretionary portfolios (focusing on tactical, technical, and fundamental opportunities with both strategic and long-term views), Brad and his team analyze his client’s overall wealth management goals and coordinates various strategies to prepare a comprehensive investment plan and allocation. This includes advanced planning and investment strategies, such as concentrated stock positions, diversification, restricted stock planning and exercising, exchange funds, employee stock options, alternative investments (hedge funds, managed futures, private equity), and total asset allocation. Additionally, he is educated and experienced with estate and tax planning investment strategies, working with his client’s legal and tax professionals to help ensure the entire client's situation is incorporated within the investment strategy.

Prior to entering the investment profession full-time, he was Vice President of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce in Danvers, MA where he helped business owners, company executives, community leaders, and elected officials create and monitor legislative and economic policy to make the region a better place to work, live and do business.
Brad was also named a Five Star Wealth Manager for several years by Five Star Professional, an independent third-party research firm, who received nominations among all wealth managers in the Boston area from peers or firms and evaluated the nominees based on 10 objective criteria including client retention rates, client assets administered, firm review and favorable regulatory and complaint history. Award winners were named Five Star Wealth managers who represent less than 7% of the total wealth managers in the area. Brad’s Community Involvement:
Brad is past Chairman and current board member of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, the leading business organization North of Boston that represents the regional economy, bringing together legislators, business and corporate leaders, and community leaders.
Brad was also a prior member of the Leadership Committee for the Boston Chapter of CBMC (Christian Businessmen's Committee) helping connect business leaders of faith to lead their companies with integrity and Christian ethics. He attends Garden City Church in his childhood neighborhood in Beverly, MA.
Brad is a past member of the Downtown Harvard Club and a current member of the Boston College Club and Safe Harbor Hawthorne Cove marina where he enjoys sailing his Jeanneau 349 with friends and family.
Brad is also active in many charities, recently founding the Solomon Fund that hosts Cars for Charity, supporting several area charities.
